Upcoming Workshops

There are no new workshops at this time. Namaste.

Transform Your Practice:

How many times do you practice Chaturanga or Pigeon pose in one class? In one week? In one month? Are you practicing Chaturanga, Pigeon, and other commonly practiced poses with clarity and precision, or are you practicing with bad habits that can create injury over time? During the first half of this workshop, learn about and refine the alignment for Chaturanga, Downward Facing Dog and Upward Facing Dog (and the transitions in between). We will also take time to break down a few frequently practiced poses such as Pigeon and Triangle pose.

The other half of the workshop, we will break down and refine basic arm balances typically found in a vinyasa class, such as: Crow Pose, Side Crow Pose, Scissors

I & II, and how to shoot back into Chaturanga from those arm balances.

Bring: Mat, Journal, Pen, Water and a friend.
