SUP Yoga

I'm not currently teaching any regular, weekly or 

 group classes.

SUP Yoga is not only a super fun and challenging yoga practice...but the most amazing way to spend time in nature and on the water! SUP Yoga is an excellent way to tone your core, legs and shoulders, while achieving a sense of peaceful bliss with your surroundings. It's a must try! This is also a great way to shake up your weekly yoga practice.
